I found this journal entry from 1994.

 It fits on one page with the rest unfilled.  Here goes.

I will be your thoughts when you’re thoughtless
I will be your eyes when you’re blinded
I will be your soul when you feel empty
I will be there for you
I will hold you in my arms when you’re scared
I will fill your days with happiness and love
I will fill your nights with peace and serenity
I will be there for you
I will fulfill your dreams and wants
I will be your sustenance when you’re hungry
I will love you with all my heart
I will be there for you
